NHS RETURN POLICY:

Please email me ahead if you plan on sending something back. Type "Return" in the subject line.

Please read my return policy below before you decide to return an item.


Any regular stock item(s) except for halters (see below) may be returned for a refund, minus shipping charges. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date on the receipt and must be unused and resalable. This means that the item(s) show no signs of use or wear and are not soiled. If returned in any other condition, a refund will not be granted and you will either relinquish ownership of the product or pay for the shipping to get it back.

Custom size leads and longes cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Please click here and fill in the blanks, print out and return with your item(s) along with the packing slip (receipt) that arrived with your item(s). Your return must include both of these pieces of paper. No receipt, no refund.

Halters: I give a complete measurement guide to standard size halters on the site and consider it your responsibility to look at it and decide if the standards will fit your horse or if you need to order a custom size.

Ask questions before your purchase if you're unsure of what size you need to order. I'm more than happy to help you figure out a custom size.

If I've made a mistake and I send you the incorrect size you ordered, send it back and I will replace it and take responsibility for all shipping charges

A full refund, including your shipping charges will be issued if there is a defect in any item(s) or if I sent you the incorrect item.

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking charge (unless the item is faulty in any way) at my discretion. This allows me to keep prices down for customers who don't make hasty buying decisions that cost me in product, time and bookkeeping wages.
