NHS RETURN POLICY:

Any item(s) may be returned for a refund, minus shipping charges, if you decide you do not want them. Returns must be made within a month of receipt and must be unused.

This means that the item(s) show no signs of use or wear and are not soiled. If returned in any other condition, a refund will not be granted. Please email me ahead if you plan on sending something back.

The packing slip (or a copy of it) that comes with you order must be included for both returns and exchanges.

Halters: I give a complete measurement guide to standard size halters on the site and consider it your responsibly to look at it and decide if the standards will fit your horse or if you need to order a custom size.

Ask questions before your purchase if you are unsure of what size you need to order.

If I've made a mistake and send you the incorrect size you ordered, send it back and I will replace it and take responsibility for all shipping charges

A full refund, including your shipping charges will be issued if there is a defect in the item(s) or if I sent you the incorrect item.

All items returned must be resalable and no refund will be issued until the item(s) are returned.
